Privacy policy

Effective August 31, 2026

This policy explains how the Lab Dynamo marketing website, operated by Buzz Cloud LLC, handles information. It applies to labdynamo.com and does not describe privacy practices inside a customer’s separately contracted laboratory environment.

Information this website handles

This is a static informational website. It does not provide user accounts, patient services, payment fields, or a public message-submission form. If you choose to email or call, you provide information directly through your communications provider. We receive the contact details and message you send and use them to answer the inquiry, evaluate a business relationship, maintain appropriate business records, and protect against abuse.

Do not send protected health information. Do not include patient identifiers, clinical records, credentials, or urgent medical information in an ordinary website inquiry or email.

Technical and security data

Cloudflare delivers and protects this website. As part of providing content delivery, DNS, TLS, abuse prevention, and related security services, Cloudflare may process technical information such as IP address, request time, browser or device information, requested URL, referral information, security signals, and diagnostic data. Cloudflare may also provide aggregated website traffic measurements when analytics is enabled.

Purposes and legal bases

Information is used to provide and secure the website, respond to requested communications, diagnose availability or security problems, prevent fraud or abuse, comply with law, and manage prospective or existing business relationships. Depending on location, these activities may rely on consent, steps requested before entering a contract, legal obligations, or legitimate interests in operating and protecting the business.

Service providers and disclosure

Cloudflare is the principal infrastructure provider for this marketing site. Email and telephone providers process communications when you use those channels. Hosting, security, legal, accounting, and technical providers may receive limited information when necessary to perform services. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights or safety, during a corporate transaction, or with your direction.

Retention and security

Security and diagnostic records are retained according to operational and provider settings. Business correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the inquiry, relationship, legal obligations, dispute resolution, or security. We use measures appropriate to the marketing site, including encrypted delivery, restrictive browser policies, limited functionality, and Cloudflare edge protections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices and rights

You may avoid providing contact information and may limit browser-provided data through browser or network settings, though some security processing is necessary to deliver the site. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection regarding personal information, subject to legal exceptions. Use the contact page to make a privacy inquiry.

International processing and children

Internet infrastructure may process information in more than one country. This business-to-business site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly solicit personal information from children through it.

Changes

We may update this policy when the website, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
